Delivery charges – UK are based on the value of the order:-
under £10.00 – £1.95
Between £10 – £30 – £2.95
Between £30 – £50 – £3.95
Over £50 – free
We ship all orders next working day. This is Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Products are shipped by Royal Mail but we reserve the right to change the carrier or service at our discretion to an alternative that will deliver your order at least as quickly. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Please do not request that your order is left ‘in the shed’ or other such places as we are unable to comply with such requests. if your order is likley to be delivered when no one is at home you have several options.
- Royal mail operate an approved ‘safe place’ system where you can request packages be left.
- If no one is home to accept your delivery Royal Mail should leave a card indicating that a delivery was attempted. The package will be taken back to the local RM delivery office from where it can be collected, or you can request re-delivery online at www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery and select a day that is convenient for you.

Returns
We comply with all current UK and EU legislation with respect to distance sales
All ordered goods may be returned provided we are informed by email or letter within 14 days of receipt.
In these circumstances, please return the goods, complete with all parts and original retail packaging (if any) within a further 14 days. A full refund of the original payment will be made upon receipt of the goods at our premises.
Returns beyond 14 days may be accepted at our discretion. Any such returns will be subject to a re stocking fee of between 20% and 50% depending on the timescale involved.
Should the goods received be damaged, faulty or otherwise incorrect please inform us by email as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the complaint we may request photographic evidence of the issue to assist us in evaluating the problem and to help us reach a satisfactory solution.
We may request the product be returned, in which case you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost (Standard 2nd class mail unless otherwise agreed) upon receipt of the goods at our premises.
Any payment made by us as refund or reimbursement will be made via the original payment method. In no circumstances will any payments be made by Cash, Cheque or other alternative payment methods.
Ordering
Orders are not considered complete until full payment has been received by us.
Orders are not considered accepted until the product has been shipped. Prior to this any order may be cancelled (and the payment refunded) for any reason.
Once an order has been shipped and you have been informed by email (to the email address provided by yourself during the checkout process) the order is considered complete and can no longer be cancelled prior to the return of the goods to us.
Payment & Pricing
Payment for all orders must be made using one of the payment cards indicated as accepted during checkout, or by using Paypal.
The full price of the order, including any shipping costs, is displayed prior to payment.
The pricing information displayed on our website for each product is the full and complete amout to be paid for that product, excluding any shipping costs. No additional charges or taxes will be applied.
Non EU Customers
Where an order is placed for delivery to a country outside of the EU, it is possible that the recipient country’s customs service may impose additional charges. These charges may be collected by the local delivery service and so may appear to be additional delivery charges. This is not the case and any such charges are outside of our control and knowledge and entirely the responsibility of the customer.
